TramEasy is a Melbourne tram tracking app, operated by TramEasy. We do not require an account, we do not sell data, and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics.
The app requests your device's GPS location to show your position on the map and to display nearby tram arrival times. Location data:

When you use TramEasy, your device makes requests to our server. Our server temporarily logs standard access information including your IP address, the time of the request, and which page or API endpoint was requested. These logs:

This information is used only to diagnose and fix problems, is not linked to any personal identity, and is not shared with third parties. Please don't include personal information in the text of a report.
To find and fix bugs, the app records anonymous diagnostic events — such as app start/stop, network request timing and errors, and which stop panels were opened — tagged with the random session identifier described above and your device/browser type. These diagnostics:
Real-time tram information is sourced from TramTracker (Yarra Trams) and PTV GTFS (Public Transport Victoria). TramEasy is not affiliated with or endorsed by Yarra Trams, Public Transport Victoria, or the Victorian Government.

TramEasy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
